Recording, input and output of daily information

Daily information record

I got up around 09:00 in the morning. The weather forecast said that there would be moderate rain all day.

I slept from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 16:00 (my body needs rest, but it’s a bit of a waste of time. I should sleep a little longer at night and not stay up late).

Breakfast around 10:00, lunch around 14:00, dinner around 19:00 (all 2 hours later than usual, which is not in line with biological laws and daily habits).

The rain stopped at 18:00, but there was still a strong wind when I went out, about 5-8 levels. It’s easy to catch a cold and have a fever if I don’t wear enough clothes.

Financially, in addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, I also bought paper towels and milk tea. Today’s income cannot balance today’s living expenses, and I need to increase my income.

The core is

Always pay attention to the weather forecast, whether it is raining, strong wind, and the body temperature.

Network information input

Every time I watch short videos, except for cats, dogs and children, the others make me want to hit people. They are all some inexplicable garbage information, which is meaningless and makes people irritated. The purpose of this thing is to sell goods.

I read the news on hacknews and there is a link about digital nomads that interests me, but I need to log in to view it.

Books need to be purchased

Magazines need to be subscribed

Courses need to be purchased

Blogs are free, with ads, and require login and payment to view

If the content is not very valuable, the forced login and payment are really annoying

I have seen some content on other forums such as redit, which are basically entertainment-related content

If you want some serious, verified and complete information, you can basically only pay to view and organize it yourself

Tips

There is no valuable information today

About war, trade, life, except for the rise and fall of stocks, it has little to do with daily life

It just so happens that I don’t buy stocks
